Richard Mizrack has extensive corporate, business and commercial experience advising, counseling and representing both corporate and individual clients on a wide range of domestic and trans-national business matter, including licensing, financing, investments, joint ventures, corporate alliances, intellectual property, and trade. He has written articles on the extraterritorial application of U.S. securities laws, the INTLESAT Agreements, and trade secrets. He has made presentations in Japan on trade law, transnational business, and anti-dumping legislation; and in Italy on doing business in the U.S. Richard has served on the boards of several corporations, including in Japan and Europe. He has been involved in both acquiring and selling interests in publicly traded corporation and joint ventures in the U.S. and abroad. Richard is an honors graduate of the University of Chicago, Columbia Law School (JD) and Harvard Law School (LLM). He is a partner in the law firm of Mizrack and Gantt, of counsel to the firm of Nicoletti Gonson & Spinner LLP and President of RLJ Transnational Group LLC.
